Motion Lab Skill purchase and use terms

The product and price

Motion Lab Skill is a downloadable local creative toolkit for compatible Macs: supplied artwork, motion recipes, sounds, local tools, guides and editable example projects. The listed price is US$67, one-time. The final amount, applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown at checkout. There is no Motion Lab subscription or Motion Lab fee per manual local export included in this purchase.

Purchases through Gumroad are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record/reseller under its terms. Gumroad handles the payment and its applicable refund, dispute and delivery processes. Our component licences remain separate from Gumroad's platform terms.

Read before purchase

The guided promo builder makes six four-second beats: 24 seconds total. Clip Studio exports individual prepared recipes. Longer supplied films are separate editable projects. This purchase does not promise one-click arbitrary video generation, hosted rendering, automatic publishing, custom video production, talking/lip-sync character rigs, a particular audience size, earnings or business outcome.

A compatible Mac and separate software installation are required. The recorded test environment is Apple Silicon (arm64), macOS 26.7.2. A minimum supported macOS version and universal Intel/all-Mac compatibility have not been established. Read the requirements and costs before paying.

Compatible AI-assistant access and new premium narration require their own accounts, usage rights and any applicable charges. Provider subscriptions, tokens, generation credits, runtime executables and model weights are not bundled. Optional local narration needs separate setup; No narration is available for a first guided export.

Delivery

After payment confirmation, use the download access in your Gumroad receipt/library. Download in this order: Motion-Lab-Starter-Kit-v2.zip, Motion-Lab-v4.zip, Motion-Lab-Fast-Cut-v5.zip, Motion-Lab-Showcase-Films-v1.zip. Extract the Starter first and open its top-level START-HERE.html. Place the three complete extracted creative folders inside motion-lab-starter-kit-v2, beside the guide and notes folders. Older separate Buyer Start and Customer Notes downloads are optional preserved versions; they are not extra required downloads. These are large creative packs; allow time and disk space for downloading and extraction. Download time depends on your connection.

Permissions and your material

Use, editing, commercial work and redistribution rights follow the actual component licences. Covered MIT/CC0 and original-art grants, including their covered sale/redistribution permissions, are preserved. These terms do not replace them with a seat limit, no-resale restriction or competing-product ban. Keep notices required by each applicable licence.

Use only footage, text, images, voices and other inputs that you are entitled to use. Review your output before publishing, including accuracy, client confidentiality, personal information and any required permissions. Do not misrepresent affiliation with CP Global Dynamics LLC, MakeVideoSkill, Motion Lab or a third-party provider. No provider account, credential, voice model or exclusive voice right is transferred.

Refunds, support and statutory rights

No discretionary refunds are offered for this digital download. Refund and withdrawal information explains the mandatory-law and Gumroad exceptions. Report faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files through support. Contacting us does not replace or shorten a legal deadline or prevent you using another lawful remedy.

The purchase does not include a guaranteed response time, custom production service, lifetime feature upgrades or indefinite hosted access controlled by us. This does not exclude an update, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.

Risk and liability

Keep backups before editing projects or installing tools. Third-party software, services and usage terms are separate; future changes may affect compatibility. This is not a promise that the product is free of every defect or suitable for every purpose. The warranty and liability language in each supplied component licence applies within its lawful scope.

Nothing here excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or Gumroad's refund/chargeback/dispute authority. In particular, this is not a release for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or other non-excludable liability. No chargeback waiver, forced arbitration, class-action waiver, mandatory exclusive court or universal US$67 liability cap is created by this notice.

Which version applies

These terms are for Motion Lab Skill only, not another MakeVideoSkill offer. The purchase information and component grants applicable to your purchase continue to govern their identified scope. A later web update does not retrospectively cancel an existing component grant or impose new restrictions on an earlier purchase. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence over an inconsistent clause.
