No discretionary refunds

No discretionary refunds are offered for this digital download. This includes an ordinary change of mind where no mandatory withdrawal or other legal right applies. Read the product scope, compatible-Mac requirements, separate setup/costs and sample films before purchase.

This policy does not limit a refund, withdrawal or other remedy required by applicable consumer law, and does not limit Gumroad's authority to handle refunds, chargebacks or disputes under its own rules. A no-refunds setting does not prevent a cardholder dispute. We do not require you to waive lawful rights or promise that a payment cannot be reversed.

Faulty, missing or misdescribed files

If files are inaccessible, corrupted, faulty or materially different from the description, contact cpglobaldynamics@gmail.com or use your Gumroad receipt's seller contact. Give the order reference, affected package/version and a short description. Remove passwords, API keys, full card details and private client material. The appropriate access fix, conformity remedy, reduction, refund or other response depends on the issue and applicable law; these rights are not converted into discretionary goodwill.

There is no seven-day deadline in this notice for reporting a statutory defect. Please contact us promptly so the issue can be assessed. This support route is not a condition that prevents you using Gumroad, a payment-provider process, a regulator or another lawful remedy.

Where a cooling-off right applies

Applicable EU/UK distance-sale rules generally provide a 14-day cancellation period, with conditions and exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, loss of that right depends on the legally required express agreement to early supply, acknowledgement of loss and required contract confirmation. Downloading or reading a policy alone does not establish all those conditions. If a valid exception has not been established, any applicable cancellation right remains. Other countries may provide additional mandatory rights.

Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defects or misdescription are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Nothing here excludes them, even when a valid digital-content cancellation exception applies.

To communicate a cancellation or remedy request, send a clear statement with the product, order reference, order date and contact email to cpglobaldynamics@gmail.com, or use the appropriate Gumroad support/receipt route. A special form or a reason is not required where the law permits a clear statement. This contact option does not assert that a separately required online withdrawal function has been implemented.

Gumroad purchases remain subject to Gumroad's terms and refund policy. Any refund is processed through the applicable payment/platform process; we do not promise a bank processing time that we cannot control.
