Motion Lab Skill component licences and permissions

Commercial use and retained grants

The package contains several components with different licences. The actual notice accompanying each component controls its scope. You may use covered material in personal and commercial work under those notices. This page explains existing permissions; it does not create exclusive ownership, revoke a previous grant or apply a blanket prohibition on selling raw covered files.

Original code, recipes, tools and covered visual assets: supplied MIT notices permit their covered copying, modification, distribution, sublicensing and sale, subject to retaining the required copyright and permission notices. Third-party components are excluded from that original-material grant.

Older original-art notices: some character/recipe folders retain a separate permissive statement allowing use, editing and redistribution without an original-art attribution requirement. That notice remains in force for its identified material; do not replace it with a new blanket attribution condition.

Original procedural sounds and score: the dedicated 96 SFX, identified original score and synthesis source have CC0 1.0 dedications. Commercial use and redistribution are permitted within their scope. They are synthesized original material, not sampled commercial stock recordings. CC0 does not grant unrelated trademark, publicity, privacy or third-party rights.

Separate third-party terms

Fonts retain their supplied OFL notices. GSAP retains its own Standard License and copyright headers. HyperFrames, Blender, Kokoro, capture browsers and other separately installed tools/models retain their own terms. Do not remove or relicense their notices. The Motion Lab original-material grant does not grant additional rights to those components.

Included Jessica narration is a saved stock synthetic performance identified in its project notices; the guided builder instead offers optional local Kokoro am_fenrir or no narration. The finished recordings are included for playback and reproduction of their supplied projects under the applicable notices. No ElevenLabs account, voice model, generation credits or exclusive voice right is transferred; unrestricted standalone stock-voice resale is not promised. New premium speech needs your own suitable provider entitlement.

Practical use

Retain project-specific licences when redistributing covered source or substantial portions. Use lawful inputs, respect third-party provider terms, and review the final video before distribution. A rendered film and its editable source may contain components with different notice requirements. Public reference films, paid reference-creator assets, credentials and private owner configuration are not included.

No part of this notice permits a misleading claim of official endorsement. The product is separate from other MakeVideoSkill offers. The generic MakeVideoSkill licence page does not replace these Motion Lab component permissions.

Fast Reels components

The Fast Reels original recipe code and geometric cast retain their supplied MIT notices. Its identified original effects and Kenney effects retain their individual CC0 provenance and notices; this is a separate small palette from the core 96 procedural sounds. Space Grotesk retains its OFL notice. Three.js, Playwright and other separately installed dependencies retain their own licences.

Supplied finished narration remains subject to its provider terms. The package excludes raw paid narrator recordings, voice models, credentials, research footage and third-party creator code. Consult the module’s component notices for the exact included files and permissions.

For the actual retained notices, read COMPONENT-NOTES.md and existing-notices/ in Customer Notes V5, together with the original notices in the creative packs. If an explanation conflicts with an existing licence, the existing licence governs that component. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer remedy.
