Product creator and licensor: CP Global Dynamics, 425 North Doheny Drive, Apartment 2, Beverly Hills, California 90210, United States. Product, support and privacy contact: support@makevideoskill.com (alternate: cpglobaldynamics@gmail.com).
What you buy
Make Video Skill is a downloadable, editable video toolkit. The advertised package includes nine Style Lab workflows, the existing core libraries, supplied examples, instructions and adapters for local coding assistants. It is a source toolkit requiring setup and creative direction; it is not a hosted video-generation subscription. Check the listing's included-files and tested-computer requirements before purchase. Your purchase includes the version delivered and later updates released for this same toolkit at no additional toolkit price. Separate products are not automatically included; no particular update schedule or number of new features is promised.
Price, delivery and other costs
The current toolkit price is US$67, paid once. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Gumroad provides checkout, payment processing and digital delivery under its own terms. Gumroad's checkout terms govern that transaction; these terms describe our product and license. Delivery is digital through the purchase confirmation/download link and Gumroad Library where available. Check spam or contact support if the link is missing. No physical item is shipped.
After purchase and setup, rendering each video on your computer costs zero dollars. We charge no per-video rendering fee or output royalty. You provide your computer, electricity, internet and storage. AI help and premium media can cost extra. Coding-assistant subscriptions, tokens, credits, premium voices, stock assets and generated human presenters are not included in the toolkit price. Optional local model downloads are separate from the basic supplied-audio rendering route.
Setup and compatibility
Use the included Start Here guide and setup prompt. A coding assistant must have access to the extracted local folder and permission to run commands. The documented assistant routes are OpenAI Codex and Claude Code; an ordinary browser-chat file upload is not the tested local installation workflow. The engine uses local software including Node.js, Python, FFmpeg/FFprobe and Chrome/Chromium with the documented dependencies. Tools, assistant accounts and optional model weights are not preinstalled in the ZIP.
Technical testing covers the documented Apple Silicon macOS environment. It does not establish a verified minimum specification, compatibility with every computer, or independent beginner-machine testing. Read the current compatibility guide for specific workflow limits. A visual text change does not create new spoken words: new speech requires permitted audio and matching alignment, caption and scene timing. The included helpers can produce starter ideas and drafts; users should revise them and verify factual claims.
License and your inputs
The accompanying Commercial License permits the purchasing person or company to create personal and commercial finished videos, including client work. Our original toolkit source may not be redistributed or resold as another skill, template library or competing hosted toolkit. Upstream open-source and asset licenses retain their own rights and conditions.
Use only inputs you own or have permission to use. Obtain required permissions for images, voices, likenesses, music and digital replicas. Do not use the toolkit for deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, unlawful activity or infringement. Paid external human-style UGC footage shown in demonstrations is an example input; its raw takes, private masks and private speaker profiles are excluded. Buyers provide their own permitted footage. We do not grant rights we do not hold, guarantee an output is unique or copyrightable, or guarantee acceptance by every publishing platform.
Support and refunds
Email support@makevideoskill.com (alternate: cpglobaldynamics@gmail.com) with your order identifier, toolkit version, operating system and a description of the issue. Product support covers access to supplied files, documented setup and reproducible toolkit faults. It does not include custom video production, bespoke development, remote computer administration or support for unrelated paid services. We do not promise round-the-clock service or a fixed response time. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or private footage in an initial request.
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds. See the Refund Policy. This does not remove mandatory consumer cancellation or faulty-content remedies, or Gumroad's authority to issue refunds or handle disputes.
Results, warranties and liability
Examples show directed workflows and selected outputs. We do not promise views, sales, earnings, virality, automatic creative quality, a particular render time or continuous availability of external services. Review your video, captions, sound, facts and rights before publishing. Keep backups before changing your projects or installing optional tools.
To the extent applicable law permits, the toolkit is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These qualifications do not override an express product description or any right, guarantee or remedy that law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from use of the toolkit; our total liability for a claim about the toolkit is limited to the amount paid for that toolkit. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, mandatory digital-content remedies, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing requires a consumer to give up a non-waivable right.
Disputes, privacy and changes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem; doing so is not a condition that blocks lawful remedies. California law governs these product terms except where mandatory law gives you greater protection. A consumer retains the courts and protections available under applicable law. We do not require forced arbitration or a class-action waiver.
The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Gumroad and any assistant/media providers have separate policies. Purchase is not consent to unrelated marketing. Changes to future offers will not silently remove the license, mandatory rights or update entitlement attached to an earlier purchase. Keep the policy version supplied with your order.
