Permission for finished videos
After a valid purchase, the purchasing person or company receives a non-exclusive license to use and modify our original included toolkit material for personal and commercial projects, including finished videos for clients, advertising, social media and monetized channels. We charge no per-video royalty. This license is worldwide and continues for the purchased version unless terminated for material breach as described below.
The purchaser's employees and contractors may access the toolkit solely to work for that purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for limiting access to that purpose. Independent businesses and contractors using it for their own separate businesses need their own license. You may deliver finished rendered videos to clients. You may not transfer the raw toolkit library or reusable source rights to a client; agree an appropriate licensed workflow when a client needs editable toolkit source.
Restrictions on our original library
Do not redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or resell our original toolkit, skill instructions, reusable character/effect library or substantially similar template collection as a competing downloadable or hosted tool. Do not remove our notices or imply that we endorse your video or business. These restrictions concern our original material and do not take away rights independently granted under an upstream license.
Third-party material
Open-source software, fonts, sounds and other third-party material keep their own licenses. Retain the included license/provenance records and follow any applicable attribution or notice requirements. A third party's MIT, font or CC0 rights are not converted into our proprietary rights. We do not claim ownership of upstream software or public-domain recordings. Model weights and optional external services have separate licenses/terms and are not bundled simply because a setup guide links to them.
Paid external fictional UGC presenters shown on the website demonstrate editing permitted input files. Their raw demonstration takes and private masks, private reference recordings/speaker profiles, and restricted purchased third-party source packs are excluded. Buyers supply permitted footage or obtain it separately. A completed example voice recording is not a reusable clone profile or a license to imitate an identifiable person.
Your content and responsibility
You retain the rights you hold in your own inputs. We do not take ownership of your projects or finished output through the local renderer. This license grants only rights we can grant in supplied material; it does not clear your other inputs, guarantee output copyrightability/uniqueness, or permit deceptive impersonation or unlawful content. Obtain required voice, likeness, music and media permissions.
Breach, refunds and existing rights
If you materially breach this license, we may give written notice and require a remedy where a breach can reasonably be cured. Continued unauthorized redistribution or another uncured material breach can terminate our license to the original toolkit material. A refund or payment reversal ends that paid license to the extent permitted by law. Non-waivable consumer rights and independent upstream licenses remain unaffected. No later policy edit silently removes rights granted to an earlier valid purchase.
The Terms of Purchase and Use and Refund Policy describe the purchase, support and applicable limitations. Nothing here overrides rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
