Read this toolkit's SKILL.md and the project record. Keep a versioned copy and preserve the earlier approved video. Keep the current voice, spoken words, word timings and sound clock unless my requested change actually changes speech. Explain when new narration and retiming are required; never keep old captions over new words. Apply supported style controls or edit the original scene source as appropriate. Keep hands, faces and all body parts intact, and keep meaningful action going.

Validate the changed layouts, render into a fresh output folder, inspect encoded frames around the changed shots and check captions, full decode and audio. Show the actual output and local file links. No publication or paid generation.
